• WASHINGTON MEDIA LAB - Matt Gray

Polytechnic set-up a temporary 'grow your own media lab' at the Washington Arts Center, Sunderland with a specific emphasis on sound and audio production. Sound artist Matt Gray worked with the resident recording studio group to develop a Free & Open Source resource for creating, recording & producing music. As part of the residency Matt Gray was also developing a demo version of Linac - a live / improvisation oriented sequencer.
